Healer: They are able to heal allies and keep the team alive. (For other MMO/players: The healing goes almost automatically to the ones that need it the most)

Controller (Troll): The main job: To replenish the group's power. Without power the DD's do less damage, healers can't heal...which makes them almost as important as healers. Giving power is enough to support most groups.
